Do you want to participate, but May 3rd does not work for your schedule? No problem. Help fund some of the projects for Day of Service by making a donation. Funds are needed for fleece for blankets, ingredients for casseroles, yard mulch and flowers for seniors. We will also be purchasing essentials for refugee community kits.

Have a bike to donate? Bike Works relies on bike donations to run a social enterprise shop, youth & adult programs, and community bike giveaways. Donate your bike to a good cause!

Essentials First Mission:To strengthen community-wide wellness by providing equitable access to vital personal and household hygiene products. They gift critical items including hygiene essentials, warm-weather basics, food cards, culturally appropriate non-perishable food along with resource information to the inadequately housed, refugees and those experiencing financial insecurities. We have established an Amazon Wish list to help contribute additional supplies for this project. The supplies that are purchased through this wish list will be packaged up for distribution on our Day of Service.

For 35 years, the Issaquah Meals program has served nightly meals for those in need. Snack bags are available for distribution when hot meals are not available.

There will be a group of adventurous and loving people headed to Rwanda in April, so we are raising money and buying supplies for this trip ahead of the Day of Service.

Are you unable to attend the Day of Service but wish to do something to help? Songea’s Kids is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization based in Sammamish dedicated to providing care and education to orphans and vulnerable children in southern Tanzania. Please help us by purchasing soccer balls and jump ropes for the more than 150 children in our program. The toys will be transported to Tanzania later this year.
