Habitat for Humanity Stores are the "green" way to shop. All items are donated and the proceeds support the continued building and repairs of homes for low income families in King County. Volunteers can help with everything from customer service and assistance, to cleaning, fixing and organizing donations. You can help load and unload if you are able, or help with their metal recycling program.

We will be writing letters of appreciation that will be included in care packages sent to deployed soldiers. There will also be pre-printed images for children to color and write a short message to a soldier.

For 32 years, the Issaquah Meals program has served nightly meals for those in need.

Grounds clean-up including trimming bushes, clearing out beds and possibly some power washing. Also, indoor tasks such as window & general cleaning or help in the office sorting brochures or other paperwork. Bring your work gloves.

Jubilee Reach Saturday Market offers a hospitable shopping experience, jobs to restore lives, and they empower families in need to lead healthy lives with groceries and household essentials. Volunteering at the Saturday Market will help the set up and stock the market for the following week - no age limit; Thank you for volunteering

Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center in Redmond helps people with disabilities through horseback riding and hippotherapy. We will be helping with Little Bit's Reins of Life Auction. Volunteers will arrive at the Westin in Bellevue (600 Bellevue Way Ne, Bellevue, WA) at noon to assist with event setup, including floral arrangements, auction displays, signage, etc. Complimentary parking is available onsite at the Westin Bellevue.

Prepare meals at Ronald McDonald House in Seattle. Ingredients for the meal will be donated by the Day of Service Team.

SHLC Choir will perform for residents at Spiritwood Assisted Living at Pine Lake and Sunrise of Issaquah.

Songea's Kids is an all volunteer nonprofit organization based in Sammamish WA. We are dedicated to providing care and education to orphans and vulnerable children in southern Tanzania. We currently have over 150 children in our program. Please join us as we assemble first aid kits for children, and write letters to them. These items will be delivered to the children later this year. Hope to see you there at either time slot!!
